Hair Extensions Consultation $55 



 

Your Consultation appointment is a crucial step to your extensions make-over. Together we can discuss what look you're trying to achieve, any allergies should be disclosed during consultation time! what your needs are, measure your head to determine how many extensions we need to special-order, and custom-match the color of the extensions to your own hair to ensure the perfectly blended long or fuller hair look you're dreaming off. 

  1. Please disclose any type of allergies during your consultation.
  2. A non-refundable deposit with be require at consultation time if you decide to go ahead with the process.
  3. If you are allergic to Metal the following is not for you; Micro-Beads, Nano-Beads, Beaded-wefts.
  4. A waiver and deposit form will need to be completed and signed during your consultation.
  5. All sales, services are final, no-refund will be made. 

STRICT AND ENFORCED 48 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY!

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago.

- Less than 24 hour notice will result in a 50% charge.

- “NO SHOWS” will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.

- Any multiple services, combos or last minute bookings must be held with a credit card. A credit card "HOLD" transaction may be made on your credit card to reserve the appointment time.

The cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping our J PRESTIGIOUS HAIR members' schedules filled, thus better serving everyone. 

REFUND POLICY

I PRIDE MYSELF ON PROVIDING YOU WITH EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE AND EXCELLENT CUSTOMER CARE.

I do not issue refunds on Salon services & no refund on hair extensions packages. However, should you have any questions or concerns about the service you have received in the salon, please notify the salon within two days of your service. If you are not satisfied with the work performed, we require that you return to the salon so that your hair can be visually inspected. At that time, I will make every effort to make any adjustments to your satisfaction by rescheduling you. Adjustments are made available to you at no cost only within the first week after the service has been performed.
